Two MAT Award Wins for NFDC!

The MAT Awards Ceremony for the 2009 season was held last night at the newly restored Strand Theater in Marietta. North Fulton Drama Club was honored with seven nominations across five categories. To make the evening brighter, NFDC’s Qate Bean and Jim Dailey each won for their respective roles in Romeo and Juliet (Fall 2008).

Qate Bean won Best Major Supporting Actress for her portrayal of Mercutio. (Shown here with Jerry Rickman as Benvolio and Sean Anderson as Romeo.)

NFDC’s submission for the 2010 Season is Macbeth, closing this weekend.
